Mari Paul is a Finnish singer and songwriter. Her debut song "Break The Code" was released in June 2023.
Many of her songs have previously been performed live with varying line-ups and musicians between 2009-2011. Friends, musicians and fans have been wishing to hear that music recorded , now the time is right for that to happen.
The songs have been rearranged and re-imagined from previous live versions, bringing this music to this time and age. Connections with former band mates have remained and many of them will be part of this new adventure.
This is pop rock, with some alternative twists in it. It has been described as rich with nuances. Mari likes to call it "deep pop”. It's about not being afraid of looking outside of the box and trying to keep her mind and ears open.
The first two songs "Break The Code (Single Edit)" and "Listen To The Mermaids" received rave reviews from around the world - they have been described as gorgeous, haunting, magical and enchanting.
